Exhibition and Workshops in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo

From June 3 to June 30, 2023, we will hold an exhibition of Sakai Kitchen certified products at LIFE CREATION SPACE OVE in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. The exhibited products will also be available for online purchase during the exhibition period.

During the event, we will host special demonstrations and workshops, including a fish filleting class using Sakai forged knives by Mitsuhiro Tsumoto, known for the “Ultimate Blood Removal” technique, as well as a workshop using traditional Sakai chusen-dyed tenugui.

Advance registration is required to participate in demonstrations and workshops. Please check the website below for details and registration.

About LIFE CREATION SPACE OVE
Operated by Shimano Inc., headquartered in Sakai City, this cultural hub opened in January 2006 in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. It aims to promote cycling culture and provide opportunities for a wider audience, including those who do not usually ride bicycles, to enjoy it. In addition to operating a café, it hosts in-store events and organizes cycling-related activities.
